Why are prices more expensive on Amazon and eBay?

Websites like Amazon and eBay have extensive fees for sellers. To cover them we add these extra fees to the total price for each product.
Buying the products directly from saves you paying all these third party fees.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all our products!

Are the products covered by warranty?

Most of the products can be directly registered with the respective manufacturer to receive their standard manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year). If Open Boxes or Used Products have been already registered, you are welcome to directly send an email to the respective manufacturers and ask them to change the registered owner by presenting the receipt you received after placing the order on

How can I return a product?

Typically all our products are final sale with no returns accepted. In case you received a different product from what was originally ordered we will provide a return shipping label free of charge and we will send a full refund once the order has been returned and inspected by our staff. How can I get a refund?

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund status and if there is anything else needed. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We work with our hosting services and data storage to safeguard and ensure the security of your personal data as we take this issue very seriously. 
The personal data that we collect from you and save are the following:
Customer name and shipping address;
